Stockpile Loader Operator
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery.
- Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Service and maintain equipment as trained and directed by management.
- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
- Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- 1+ years of experience operating wheel loader preferred.
- Previous Quarry experience preferred.
- Able to do safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.
- Capable of demonstrating equipment and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens preferred.
- Able to understand basic safety and work instruction.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
- Good organizational, scheduling and time management skills.
- Welding experience is helpful along with general maintenance and repair abilities.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is plus but not required.
- Team player mentality.

Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking a Stockpile Loader Operator at our Lacey’s Spring Quarry in Lacey’s Spring, AL, part of the Alabama SMA, reporting to the Plant Manager.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.
