About the role

Maison Polène is seeking a Stockist to join their boutique team in Chicago. This role is crucial for maintaining the distinctive Polène universe and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the Polène Experience
• Manage incoming and outgoing product flows
• Communicate with supply chain headquarters and the boutique team
• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the stockroom and storage areas
• Support replenishment efforts
• Prepare and manage inter-boutique product transfers
• Organize and participate in regular cycle counts and fiscal inventories
• Rotate across product categories and storage zones
• Support the sales team
• Adhere to inventory procedures and stockroom standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience serving high-end, local, and international clientele
• Highly autonomous and adaptable with strong energy
• Deep appreciation for craftsmanship and leatherworking
• Collaborative team player with a supportive mindset
• Resourceful and composed under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
