Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales, protecting company assets, and supporting the Company Handbook.
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally.
• Adhere to the company dress code and support its branding.
• Show initiative to ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly.
• Operate with a professional, positive, and can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary, but stock experience is preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret various documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to understand and follow company directives, Handbooks, and Manuals.
• Flexibility to work different schedules to meet the business needs of the store (including early mornings and off-hours).
• Strength to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/bulk merchandise as needed.
• Capacity to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from various locations.
