Stock Team Member - Kirkland's Home - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the safe, timely, and efficient receipt of all merchandise
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Assemble products, execute markdowns, and perform salesfloor replenishment
• Support driving profitable sales, safeguarding company assets, and adhering to the Company Handbook
• Treat co-workers and customers respectfully and professionally, supporting company branding through adherence to dress code
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed effectively and promptly
• Operate with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude at all times
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland’s Home Vision and Values, aligning with the Be GREAT Selling Model

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but stock experience is preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a strong drive to succeed
• Ability to read and interpret various documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Compliance with company directives, Handbook, and Manuals
• Flexibility to work irregular hours to meet business needs
• Physical capabilities to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and handle bulky merchandise
• Physical stamina to stoop, bend, climb, and stock/sort merchandise throughout the day
