Stock/ Sales Support Associate

Job Summary

United Legwear is seeking a Stock/Sales Support Associate to join the Ted Baker team at the Aventura Mall Bloomingdale’s concession.

Essential Functions

• People - High level of team participation, integrity, and respect for others. Drive and document personal learning to contribute to team and location success.
• Product - Use all available training, tools, and information to stay updated on product knowledge, including the 6 C's (Called, Color, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut).
• Commercial - Demonstrate all Ted’s training and standards, greet, observe, talk, fit, assist, and thank customers with enthusiasm. Ensure speed and efficiency in stockroom tasks.
• Operations - Proactively complete tasks according to company policies and procedures, process deliveries and transfers accurately, record stock movements, maintain immaculate stockroom standards, adhere to health and safety procedures, use equipment safely, report unsafe conditions, and protect assets.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous experience as a stock associate or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and remain organized in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented and flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail industry a plus.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Regular walking, standing, handling, feeling, pushing, and reaching for company products.
• Frequent use of hands for tasks involving electronic systems and communication with customers, staff, and third parties.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities for close and distance viewing related to electronic systems and physical products.
• Flexible and prompt performance of tasks in various physical positions.
