Stock Manager

About the role

The Stock Manager at Hustler Stores is responsible for managing the in-store receiving process, re-pricing projects, and ensuring the store's merchandise is presented efficiently and in a presentable condition. This role involves organizing the stock room, replenishing merchandise daily, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages the in-store receiving process, notifying necessary parties and completing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manages re-pricing projects from start to finish, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Sensors, tags, and hangs merchandise as needed.
• Manages merchandise presentation preparation, working with the Store Manager to implement efficient and on-time implementation.
• Replenishes merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor daily.
• Ensures the stock room is organized, clean, and merchandise is always floor ready.
• Accounts for the store exceeding the Company Shrink Goal by minimizing unit loss.
• Manages store preparation for physical inventories based on preparation directives and planning packets.
• Ensures compliance with Hustler Values, How We HUSTLE, and Mission.
• May supervise one or more Stock Leads.
• Flexibility to work on the sales floor as needed based on company needs and staffing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Holidays.
• Able to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Able to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
