Responsibilities
- Booking products into our system
- International and domestic dispatch of products for sold orders
- International and domestic dispatch of products for servicing
- Communicate with external service facilities for estimates and status of products sent for service
- Carrier claims filing and follow-up
- Photography of products for online publishing
- Aid in identifying and resolving shipping delays or errors
- Aid in maintaining tracking for domestic and international shipments
- Aid in inventory control processes (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements)
- Aid in parts procurement/management
- Aid in unpacking/packing of parcels as needed
- Order supplies for office and operational needs
Qualifications
- Able to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Methodical approach to work
- Microsoft office tools efficiency. Excel – minimum 1 year, Word, and Outlook
- Able to communicate effectively over the phone, via email and face-to-face
- Languages: Proficient in English. French and/or Spanish a plus
- Minimum two years professional experience in logistics. May require some travel to review other Watchfinder hubs/operations
