About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who drives sales, supports an excellent client experience and ensures the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing merchandising strategies
• Support the store's operations by maintaining a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment)
• Execute markdowns and maintain stock accuracy
• Understand the business from the front line to improve the store's performance
• Operate with integrity and a strong team mindset
• Be results-driven

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for teamwork
• PREFERRED: Retail system knowledge
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
