About the role

We are seeking dynamic associates for our new store opening in Annapolis, MD. Join a team that celebrates uniqueness and values authenticity, empowerment, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customers in store and handle buy online, pick up in store purchases.
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and assist customers in finding the perfect items.

Requirements

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay

The hourly pay range is $16.00-$16.50. Full-time and part-time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
