About the role

Responsibilities
- Process freight and unload trucks.
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and sales floor replenishment standards.
- Maintain an organized stockroom.
- Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
- Checkout customers in store and handle buy online, pick up in store purchases.
- Share your passion and knowledge for our products and assist customers in finding the perfect items.
Requirements
- Minimum age 16 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
- A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
- Retail experience a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay
The hourly pay range is $16.00-$16.50. Full-time and part-time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
