Responsibilities

• Play an important role in store leadership, inspiring your team to work together to achieve goals.
• Create an environment of aloha fun, while exceeding guest expectations.
• Process store merchandise to the selling floor; replenish floor with inventory and provide product knowledge for guests.
• In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, take responsibility for daily stock room operations; ensure shipping supply levels are neat and orderly maintained for accessible storage.
• Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and promptly according to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Actively participate in store-related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory-related inquiries or discrepancies related to stock.

Essentials for Life in Paradise

• 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
• Organized and efficient in your approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers.
• A natural collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform additional duties necessary to support the business.
