Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by processing store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing inventory, and providing product knowledge for guests.
• In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, take responsibility for daily stock room operations, ensuring shipping supply levels are neat and orderly to create accessible storage for incoming and outbound products.
• Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Actively participate in all store-related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory-related inquiries or discrepancies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
• Organized with a strong drive for efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with numbers.
• A natural collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Climbing ladders frequently.
• Routine standing for the duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including experience, knowledge, skillset, work location, and available budget. Rate range: $15.00 or minimum wage—$21.00/hr.
