Stock Associate

About the role
We are rapidly expanding and seeking a Stock Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement. If you are dynamic, career-minded, and willing to dedicate yourself to this role, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Stock items on shelves and maintain a neat, orderly store condition
- Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores, placing them in the proper shelf locations
- Check off merchandise as received and correct mistakes found on inventory count sheets
- Assist in pulling parts during busy times
- Clean up inside and outside the warehouse
- Work with the stock manager to address any order problems
- Resolve issues with warehouse stocking
- Handle miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Stay focused and on task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure
- Collaborate effectively with staff members and supervisors
- Open availability, flexibility, and ability to work various shifts and overtime
- 1-2 years of stocking experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse safety measures
- Maintain and promote workplace safety
- Experience securing and transferring cash or other assets
