Responsibilities

  • Ensure all residents receive personalized care plans that meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a safe and secure living environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members to maintain open lines of communication.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as healthcare, social work, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a senior living setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity.
