Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including staffing, budget management, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure all residents receive personalized care plans that meet their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a safe and secure living environment for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members to maintain open lines of communication.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as healthcare, social work, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a senior living setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity.
