STNA – 3 PM–7 PM

About the role

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our nursing team for a convenient 3 PM–7 PM shift! This shorter evening shift is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours, extra income, or a schedule that works around school, family, or another position.

As an STNA, you’ll play an important role in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Providing compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care
• Assisting residents during the busy afternoon and evening hours
• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Supporting the nursing team with resident care and daily routines
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

Requirements

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate and resident-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM–7:00 PM shift
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Part‑time evening shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
