Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Aid with transferring and positioning patients, as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a GNA program or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as needed
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills preferred
