Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stewarding staff
• Oversee cleaning and storage of all wares at AT&T Stadium, including major culinary equipment
• Execute stewarding and dish duties
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and general order
• Ensure urgency, timeliness, and detail in work habits
• Direct efficient and effective cleaning of all areas, including walls and floors
• Maintain safety and security of employees and guests
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding food and beverage operations
• Knowledge of chemical usage, operating a dishwasher, and proper usage of a trash compactor
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen area
• Ability to work long flexible hours and extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Follows and encourages team to follow safety policies and procedures
• Reports safety incidents to company’s risk management system
