Steward Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all stewards and their duties
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order
• Manage and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of dishwashers and cleaning equipment
• Maintain and oversee the upkeep and care of outdoor areas
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
• Manage the inventory of glass, silver, and serving equipment
• Set up and break down banquet buffets
• Clean food prep and servicing areas, including main kitchen, concession kitchens, suite kitchen, and back hallways
• Direct efficient and effective cleaning of all areas, including walls and floors
• Work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Two years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen area
• Ability to lift/move/maneuver at least 10-50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

Pay

Starting: $24 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
