Steward, Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Deep cleans all kitchens on JRCR property
• Completes daily work assignments following supervisory direction and departmental policies
• Filters deep fryer oils, cleans and degreases floor mats, scrubs kitchen floors, wipes down hoods and related equipment
• Maintains a sanitary kitchen at all times
• Operates steam cleaners for indoor and outdoor cleaning
• Performs a wide range of related duties as needed or requested by supervisor
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to work in a high volume environment

Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience that could likely provide the required knowledge and skills

Pay

Pay range $18.00 - $23.40 per hour

Schedule

This is not a smoke free workplace. Although we employ air filtration systems, cigarette smoke is in the work environment.
