Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and cookware used throughout the hotel.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all items are properly cleaned and stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Aid with basic kitchen tasks, such as emptying trash and keeping floors clean.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• An eye for detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
