About the Role
Tripoli Country Club in Brown Deer, WI is seeking a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll join a global leader in golf and community management.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
- Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
- Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes and cleans the kitchen after close.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
