About the role

Responsible for providing the restaurant with clean china, tableware, cookware, and all other equipment needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wash all kitchen equipment, pots, and pans.
• Clean, wash, and store all china, silverware, and glasses using the dishwasher.
• Deliver stock from the receiving department and store it.
• Take out kitchen trash, including but not limited to grease and food particles from garbage disposals.
• Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.
• Ensure the safety and security of all employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the needs of the company.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• On-the-job training available.

Pay

USD $12.00 - USD $12.00 /Hr. (Tipped Position – this position does not earn tips).
