About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Steward who shares the hotel's passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Stewards support all Food and Beverage outlets with award-winning service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

Requirements

• High school education (preferred)
• Working knowledge typically learned on-the-job
• Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher
• A positive and energetic demeanor

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization is required

Skills

• Preferred qualifications and skills include:
