STEWARD

Responsibilities

• Prepares tableware for washing
• Collects all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves
• Removes garbage and refuse
• Mops and sweeps floors
• Cleans and sanitizes all cooking equipment
• Performs proper maintenance and distribution of company assets
• Sets up dishwashing machine
• Stacks and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months experience previous kitchen work experience
• Sanitation certificate from local Health Department
• Must stand for long periods
• Must be able to follow directions
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to perform job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
