About the Role
Sterling Engineering is actively recruiting for multiple openings within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment in the Milpitas area. We are seeking candidates with hands-on technical experience who are interested in growing their careers within advanced manufacturing and engineering operations.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on technical experience in electronics manufacturing, production, or technical operations
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Associates degree or technical training is a plus, but not required for all roles
Preferred Backgrounds
- Experience with Industrial Maintenance
- Highly-automated Manufacturing Floors
- Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing
- CNC Operating
- Medical Device Quality Lab
