About the role
Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, this position is responsible for daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing and problem-solving, ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors' offices and operating room staff. Schedulers will perform benefits verification and provide patient estimates.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of receptionist experience in healthcare
- Experience in insurance verification
- Skills necessary to operate office equipment required
- Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
