Sterile Processing Technician

As a Sterile Processing Technician at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care by ensuring every instrument is thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, and ready when needed. Responsibilities
- Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards
- Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs
- Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized
- Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related field
