Sterile Processing Supervisor, Baptist Downtown

We are seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to join the Surgical Services Main OR Team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time, days position located at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and participate in the decontamination, inspection, cleaning, assembling, and packaging of surgical linens, surgical instrumentation, medical/surgical supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all types of sterilization processes.
- Make work assignments for staff.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in Central Processing (required).
- 1-3 years of leadership experience (preferred).
- High School Diploma (required).
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) – HSPA (preferred).
Primary location: Downtown – Main Building, Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville.
