Education Required: High School DiplomaPreferred: Associate's Degree Experience Required: 3 years of SPD experience Required: 1 year of leadership experience Skills Proven experience in Sterile Processing operations Strong leadership and problem solving skills Knowledgeable in regulatory aspects impacting SPD to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with staff, outside departments, and leadership teams while maintaining the hospital’s mission, vision, and values. Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: CRCST or CBSPD with CHL must be obtained within 2 years of hire
