About the role
The Sterile Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of sterile packaging processes in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies related to sterile packaging.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve packaging efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage a team of packaging technicians and engineers to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to GMP guidelines and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to sterile packaging operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sterile packaging operations.
- Strong understanding of FDA and ISO regulations applicable to sterile packaging.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience with sterile packaging technologies and techniques.
- Knowledge of GMP principles and their application in sterile packaging environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
