Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the performance of large language models using various techniques including reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Conduct data labeling tasks to ensure high-quality training datasets for AI applications.
• Develop and implement prompt evaluation methods to enhance the usability and effectiveness of AI systems.
• Apply named entity recognition and computer vision annotation to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs.
• Label content for safety purposes to maintain ethical standards in AI development.
• Assess and refine training data quality to support the continuous improvement of AI models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML, data annotation, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
