About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and their applications.
• Evaluate and improve training data quality, ensuring high-quality input for model training.
• Implement and maintain content safety labeling processes.
• Perform QA and prompt evaluation to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AI/ML systems.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements in AI/ML development.

Requirements

• A STEM degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in machine learning or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks.
• Experience with deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, human-in-the-loop feedback (RLHF), large language model (LLM) evaluation, and data labeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with content safety labeling and ethical AI principles.
