Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training datasets following strict annotation guidelines.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of large language models through various evaluation methods.
• Conduct prompt and QA evaluations to ensure high-quality content and model performance.
• Implement named entity recognition and computer vision annotation tasks.
• Label and evaluate training data for content safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine annotation processes and enhance model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in STEM fundamentals, including Python, SQL, and data labeling.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, human-in-the-loop feedback (RLHF), and prompt evaluation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using computer vision annotation tools and content safety labeling systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and apply ethical considerations in AI model development.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
