Steelworks Electrical Maintenance Technologist

About the role

The Steelworks Electrical Maintenance Technologist is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems within the Clairton facility. This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems including motors, transformers, and control panels.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
