Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel parts according to detailed drawings and marked-up weld symbols.
• Ensure structural components are welded correctly, meeting the highest quality standards.
• Operate overhead cranes, air arc, grinders, magnetic drills, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the quality and completeness of the work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pass a 3G weld test with 1/16th flux core wire.
• Applicable experience with D1.1 codes and 2G/3G experience.
• 3 years of experience operating overhead cranes.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to interpret fabrication and construction drawings.
• Flexibility to work any schedule needed, including overtime and Saturdays.
