Steel Tradesperson
What You’ll Do:
- Install structural steel
- Work with miscellaneous metals
- Assemble pre-engineered buildings
- Read blueprints and follow plans
- Turn customer's vision into reality
What You Need to Know:
- No experience required—we'll train the right people
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Can handle heights
- Physically active role: lifting/pushing/pulling 50–100 lbs regularly
- Team-focused environment prioritizing safety and quality
