Steel Detailer

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction documents and develop detailed shop drawings for approval.
• Perform field verification and reverse engineering to ensure accuracy.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation throughout detailing phases.
• Collaborate with project managers, shop foremen, and third-party detailers to optimize production.
• Maintain strong communication, time management, and attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Experience with structural steel or miscellaneous metals.
• Experience managing or leading others.
• Design and detail expertise in structural steel.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
