- Actively participate and abide by Lucas Milhaupt safety program and policies.
- Actively participate and engage in Department and Company Lean activities driving business improvement ideas, quality enhancements, productivity improvements, safety updates or other areas of Lean including 5S, Kaizen events, etc.
- Observe and video record processes.
- Work with Engineers, VSMs, and Operators to create training documentation.
- Review and edit training documentation such as Job Breakdowns, troubleshooting trees, and visual work instructions.
- Monitor and track the progress of the creation of training material.
- All other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor.
