Responsibilities
- Teaching with a mentor in your discipline
- Provide teaching coverage across the curriculum
- Participating in co-curricular school activities
- Providing administrative support as necessary
- Supporting Archer’s IDEA Lab, a makerspace supporting student projects in science, art and engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Product Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, Fine Art, etc.)
- Demonstrated expertise in two or more of design education, physical computing, fabrication, 3d printing, laser cutting, computer-aided design (CAD), basic electronics, robotics, and a willingness to learn in all areas to help support our students.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably in Middle School or with students of similar age groups.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student collaboration and exploration.
