About the role
Milton Town School District seeks an energetic, positive, innovative STEAM teacher to join our middle school.
Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS)
- Knowledgeable in trauma-informed practices
- Knowledgeable in restorative practices
- Demonstrate innovative instructional practices
- Work with a team to develop a STEAM curriculum
Requirements
- Vermont Teaching License or equivalent professional endorsements: Science, Math, ISTE, or Design and Technology Education (ML 5-9 or 7-12, but willing to get ML endorsement)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Qualifications
- Experience working with a team to develop a STEAM curriculum
