Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on student engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student satisfaction
- Collaborate with campus partners to gather feedback and insights
- Prepare reports and presentations on student engagement trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in higher education or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
