Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new insurance products and services
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product development
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote new offerings
• Evaluate and recommend changes to existing products based on customer feedback and market research
• Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance product development or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
