Responsibilities

• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Current unrestricted RN licensure in applicable state
• Variety of nurse licensure and certification based on role and grade level
• Responsible for clinical operations and medical management activities across the continuum of care
• Coordinates, connects, and manages care for members

Qualifications

• Credentialed in relevant clinical specialties
• Ability to conduct comprehensive, holistic, or focused assessments of consumer’s health care
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal guidelines, health care benefit plans, and regulatory bodies
• Understanding of applicable area of clinical specialization
• Knowledge of computer functionality and software applications
• Utilization of resources to enhance professional practice and development based on learning gaps or new information
• Ability to drive effective clinical decisions within a business environment

Pay

The salary for this role ranges from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
