Requirements

  • Combination of education and experience will be considered
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Customer Service Agent (CSA), Ground Operation Agent (GOA), or Supervisor
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with customer service, baggage handling, and departure dependability standards
  • Analyze and evaluate work methods for operational areas and recommend improvements to enhance station effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with station manuals, including revisions
  • Analyze operational procedures and equipment, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure the station is equipped with necessary supplies to support operations
  • Maintain fuel information logs
  • Perform routine and non-routine administrative tasks
  • Maintain liaison with internal and external contacts to resolve policy and procedural issues
  • Order and inventory commissary supplies
  • Provide training resources for frontline and ramp agents
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions, particularly during irregular operations
  • Oversee baggage service office operations
  • Audit training records, station manuals, supplies, and equipment
  • Establish working relationships with airport authority, station service providers, regional directors, station leaders, and the training department
  • Promote a teamwork environment
  • Ensure direct reports understand and apply customer service standards
  • Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and use hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment (e.g., hand trucks, carts, ramps, tugs)
  • Must lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs and push and/or pull up to 300 lbs
  • May be required to work various shifts in a 24-hour operation; regular attendance is required
  • Exposure to heights, small spaces, extreme noise (e.g., airport environment), temperature, wind, and light fluctuations
  • Ability to work in confined areas and crawl in/out of small spaces for extended periods
  • Ability to wear personal protective gear
  • Some travel may be required
  • Must report to assigned work location during national or state emergencies unless prohibited by local, state, or federal order (essential services provider)

Pay

$45,000 - $60,000 a year
