The starting work schedules are overnight shifts, Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Please note that schedules are subject to change as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and for business need.About the RoleInspect and evaluate assigned bike share stations for cleanlinessPerform bike-share station and other area cleaning services using power washer equipment and various toolsFollow safe driving and work practices and adhere to all workplace policiesComplete assigned projects thoroughly and to quality standards, such as bike lane or parking striping to graffiti removalUtilize mobile devices to document work order ticket completion recordsKeep and maintain clean and presentable work areas, tools, and equipmentOperate a large vehicle to travel throughout urban areasAbout YouYou have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordYou are experienced operating large vehicles in urban congestionYou enjoy working outdoors year-round and in all weather conditionsYou are comfortable using apps on a cell phone or tabletYou are knowledgeable in using various tools and equipmentYou can lift to 75 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for long periods of timeAbout MotivateWe are the premier micromobility service operations and infrastructure experts, delivering bikeshare operations management services to many of the nation’s largest cities.
