About the role

As a floormanager in the Butik & Billet team, you will play a key role in both the development and day-to-day operations of the museum. You will be responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient visitor experience every day. Prior to the museum's opening in 2027, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the growth and expansion of the Butik & Billet team and contribute to its future structure and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Faglig ledelse, herunder planlægning og koordinering af opgaver
• Deltage i de daglige operationelle opgaver som vareudpakning, opfyldning af varer, og betjening af gæster
• Ansvar for lagerstyring, vareoptælling og vareflow
• Bidrage til oplæring og vidensdeling, så butikspersonalet opbygger et stærkt produktkendskab
• Bidrage til løbende kvalitetsudvikling af publikumsservicen og besøgsoplevelsen

Requirements

You are expected to have experience as a coordinator or functional leader in a service-oriented and/or cultural organization. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and public holidays is required. We value:

• Experience with store operations, inventory management, or supply chain – preferably from specialty retail, cultural institutions, or other customer-focused organizations
• A flexible and proactive approach to a fast-paced customer-focused workday
• Experience with digital systems (ticketing, reservations, shift scheduling)
• Experience with emergency preparedness and workplace safety or willingness to be trained

Pay

The pay and terms of employment will be based on the collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Public Employees Organization - The State Administration (OAO-S) and the contract for clerical, laborer, and IT employees (HK Stat).

Schedule

The working hours are typically 32 hours per week, distributed across all days of the week in the time frame from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
