Join us in preserving what people care about most – access to the outdoors, natural habitats, open spaces, clean water, and safe infrastructure. Claytor Lake is accepting applications for Beach Ranger positions. Job Summary Provide a safe and enjoyable experience in our beach area. Provide guests with answers to questions about the park and its rules and regulations regarding the swimming area. Perform potentially lifesaving actions such as water rescues and CPR. Key Duties And Responsibilities Provide a safe environment for guests in the swimming area.Inform guests of rules and regulations regarding swimming and being in the swimming area.Perform life-saving actions to ensure guest safety. Minimum Qualifications Ability to pass a lifeguard certification course.Ability to perform under stressful situations.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
