Job Duties
- Inspecting dealer locations for compliance with regulations
- Auditing dealer records
- Handling complaints against licensees
- Investigating and preparing cases involving violations of laws and regulations for administrative hearings or court action
- Presenting educational material for dealer education classes
- Auditing dealer files for compliance with requirements
Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of and use of computers
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and a good driving record
- In-state and overnight travel with reimbursement for mileage and expenses at State rates
Qualifications
A college degree is not required but educational attainment or appropriate experience may be given preference.
