State Coordinated Campaigns Voter Access Director

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Coordinated Campaign Director, Senate Campaign Manager, and the DSCC to identify strategies to advocate for policies that facilitate voting
- Lead election administration engagement and other voter access programs in their states
- Set strategic objectives for programs and metric goals to achieve those objectives; and hold staff and self accountable to meeting those goals
- Hire and manage Voter Access department staff, if applicable
- Collaborate with Organizing, Data, and Operations departments to effectively implement programs
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience
- Multiple cycles of campaign experience in a political or organizing role or similar experience at an advocacy organization, nonprofit, or consulting firm
- Experience managing external relationships with stakeholders of different levels
- Experience and desire to manage staff
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; especially as applied to building a strong, inclusive management culture that supports staff development
- Attention to detail, highly-developed organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of our organization
- Fluency with Voter Access tools, such as LBJ and VAN, preferred
