Summary of Duties
Applicants must have knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and in writing.
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk.
Prosecutorial criminal casework.
Conduct legal research and writing.
Conduct depositions and interview witnesses, victims, and law enforcement to prepare cases for prosecution.
Trial work includes case preparation, jury selection, examining and cross-examining witnesses, opening statements, and closing arguments for trial.
Proficient management of casework.
The ability to use office computer software and equipment.
Desired Skills
The successful candidate will have the ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment and present a professional and helpful demeanor.
Applicants should have Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel.
