Job Description
Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
Identify the caller's needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
Document all call interactions in internal systems.
Research and resolve complex inquiries using available resources.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
De-escalate challenging calls and ensure resolution.
Meet performance metrics for call handling and accuracy.
Position Requirements
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with accuracy.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and customer-focused phone presence.
- Able to handle difficult conversations with composure.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
Pay
$17– $20/hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday;
7:30am to 4:30pm
